An Assurance Plan provides scheduled service visits, early issue detection, and priority support. Our technicians monitor your lift, make routine adjustments, and keep you informed before problems escalate.
Assurance Plan Options
Each plan below is designed to match different usage levels and service needs. All plans are per lift and include professional inspections by experienced local technicians.
White Plan
Winter Assurance Plan
Winter protection and peace of mind
From October through February, a technician will visit your dock once per month to check for leaks, confirm your boat is not in the water, and inspect lift cables and dock ramp bolts. This plan is designed to help prevent winter related damage when lifts are not in regular use.

Bronze Plan
Basic annual inspection option
We visit once per year, either before or after the Fourth of July, to check over the lift you select. This plan is a good option for owners who want a professional annual inspection without ongoing service visits.

Silver Plan
Balanced coverage for seasonal boat owners
We visit at the beginning of the season and again toward the end to inspect and check over the lift you select. This plan helps ensure your lift is ready for use at the start of the season and properly evaluated before shutdown.

Gold Plan
Ideal for regular service with fewer visits
We visit your dock once every three months to check over your lift. This plan includes an annual power wash and provides consistent oversight throughout the season.

Ultimate Plan
Best for maximum protection and hands on care
We visit your dock once per month to inspect and check over the lift you choose for the plan. This frequent service allows us to identify issues early and keep your lift operating at peak performance. The lift is power washed twice per year to help reduce buildup and wear.

Emergency Service Discounts
Emergency service discounts are included with all Assurance Plans.
Ultimate and Gold Plans receive 80 percent off emergency service calls, including holidays and regular days.
Silver and Bronze Plans receive 50 percent off emergency service calls, including holidays and regular days.
